Members  from  Local Lodge 1842  Community Ambulance Services In Franklin Pa Ratified a new three year agreement on Friday, January 29 2021

The members  consist  of EMT’s, Paramedics and Transporters

The committee addressed the concerns of the membership, the long days were mostly restructuring the work schedules while adjusting wages .

The membership majority biggest priority on the surveys was the (48) hour shift. Which was achieved. The new shift could be ground breaking in this field. The 48 hour schedule allows  more time off, while providing the opportunity for overtime at there discretion with flexibility

The gains were health care cost containment , increases in wages,  new language in regard Catastrophic events and addressing  concerns of  time off for the well being of the members.

I would commend the committee and membership.

The committee did a true Yeomans Job,.

Also a special thanks to  IAM Legal  and Strategic Resource Department.
